Does this place look familiar? It should if you were ever at the Pig-n-Pedal. The Trailside Tap resides in the same location and completely under new ownership and new menu items. Unfortunately the Pig-n-Pedal did not make it due to Covid-19.

Hours

Currently open for dine-in, carryout, and curbside! Guests are welcome to use our amazing PATIO as well!
Daily: 4PM-8:30PM. Hours will be expanded once Covid is under control. Follow along on the website and social media for up-to-the-date hours.

Trailside's Patio

The +/-80 seat patio is located right in the heart of Ankeny on the High Trestle Trail trailhead. Backing to Ankeny Market Pavilion, their patio overlooks the bustling Ankeny Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning during the summer.

With a gated sidewalk, walk your bikes into the yard and enjoy food and drink on the patio while listening to music and watching the market and trail-riders rolling by.

The patio will be open as long as the weather cooperates.
